This information will be primarily used for user registration and to enhance your social experience on the Service, which may include friend-to-friend interaction and notifications, chat, or messaging functionality, public leaderboards, head-to-head competition and other similar features. If you sign into “Fun2 Studio” with a third party social network and agree to make your list of friends on such network available to“Fun2 Studio”, your friends on such network will automatically follow you on the Service and your “Fun2 Studio ” account will be automatically configured to follow your friends.
You are not required to provide us with your personal information. However, in certain cases, if you decide not to provide information about yourself, or enable certain features, you might not be able to complete the applicable registration process, or use certain features of the Service.

The personal information you provide to us may be used for a variety of purposes, such as to register with, log-in, and use, the Service and interact with other users. Your personal information may also allow us to communicate with you about promotions, special offers and new features. We may also use your personal information for internal analytical purposes intended to improve the services we provide. Should you wish this information not to be provided to “Fun2 Studio” please do not subscribe to such services and/or uninstall the Software from your Device.

“Fun2 Studio ”uses “cookie” technology (or similar technologies) , web beacons, and log file information for purposes such as: (a) collect website users’ usage data to enable easy access to the Service and otherwise improve the Service; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of the Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries and submissions to the Service. Any information or Content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set. To change your privacy settings on the Service, please change your profile setting. Once you have shared your Content or made it public, that Content may be re-shared by others. We may share and use such Content in other “Fun2 Studio” applications.

If you do not wish that we collect any personally identifiable information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.

Children's Privacy

The Service is only available to individuals aged 13 years or older (or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), unless you are under 13 years old and your account was provided to you as a result of a request by an approved educational institution or established as part of the Family Sharing feature by your parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians should take appropriate precautions to protect children, including monitoring their use of the Service.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us . If we become aware that a child under 13(or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction) has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files and terminate the child's account.

International Transfers

Our Service may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics' Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to collect information about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We will not facilitate the merging of your Personal Data with non-personally identifiable information collected through Google Analytics unless we have given you notice of that merger. You may opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Unsubscribing

If you wish to terminate your account, you can send us a message via customer service email ([email protected]), and it will be processed within 7 working days. And you may do so by deleting the Application from your device and removing the Application from “Your Apps” in the App Center . If your account has been inactive for 90 consecutive days, “Fun2 Studio ”reserves the right to disable or curtail your access to, or use of, specific the service or terminate your account . The above termination, your profile will be removed from the Service, however, deletion may not be immediate and “Fun2 Studio ”may continue keeping your personal information in its records for billing purposes, audits and other administrative purposes.

Links

The Services contain links to third party websites and applications. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave the Site and go to another site and another entity may collect Personal Data, Anonymous Data, and/or Aggregated Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or applications. You may wish to review the privacy policies of those websites and applications before use. Change of control

We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiation of, any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets.
